Attached please find the 15th annual Spokes survey of Scottish local authority spending on cycle projects.   I would be grateful if you could acknowledge receipt and let me know who will be dealing with this.

If you can return the completed form by Monday 11 April that would be much appreciated.

The form is attached in MS Word 97 format as this is widely readable.  The form will shortly also be downloadable in pdf and Open Office format from  www.spokes.org.uk in downloads - technical - councils survey.

Please either print the form, write the answers and return it by post; or type into the form and send it back by reply email.

Could I stress, as stated on the form, that I am asking only about spending during the 2010/11 financial year, which is now ending.  Where a project or funding source continues over more than one year, please only show the amount attributable to 2010/11.

Some information on how the results of previous surveys have been used is given in the introduction on the survey form.
