Information and links …
With virtually all cycling-related policy now a Scottish rather than a UK responsibility, and with a lot of energy used by the local elections, we are not asking candidates for policies or holding a hustings for the General Election.
The WalkCycleVote campaign has made a similar decision, though they have provided some useful information resources (link below) which you can use if contacting your candidates.
However, as always, we tell you which candidates are Spokes members and we give links to further information and enabling you to contact candidates with your questions on transport or other matters.
Candidates who are Spokes members
We have tried to check the full list of Edinburgh and Lothians constituences carefully, but please let us know if there are any omissions. Unfortunately we have only found 2 members standing – there were 5 (from 3 parties) at the previous general election! We do not endorse candidates. The choice is yours.
