Local Bike Campaigning – March 23 #SpokesMtg

More and more people are fighting for safer conditions to get around by bike – for the environment and climate, for health, for towns and cities not dominated by the car and for a happier life. Our public meeting and our new factsheet tell the many and varied stories of people doing just that – and how you can follow their example.

  • Download our meeting poster (above) and pin it up at work or in your local shop or cafe.  Spokes members and relevant organisations will be sent printed copies in our February mailout – or ask us.

Local bike campaigning factsheet

To accompany the public meeting we’ve produced a factsheet with stories from 12 people involved in very varied ways of bike campaigning – some as individuals, others as part of an organised group – there’s something to suit everyone!

The factsheet is available as a pdf (click the picture) and will also be printed as a pullout in Spokes Bulletin 136, out in late February.
